February’s Q&A
Before we launch into March the Q&A for February is available to you to listen to (transcript available) here. I answered a couple of great questions on getting going again after stopping and making a consistent habit.
It’s a new month in the Quiet ADHD Club
The first month of the Club somehow whizzed by and it has been a total joy to have chatted and shared space with our fab members.
Our first Exploration topic was on overcoming procrastination and that deep dive is still there for you to read or listen to whenever you choose.
Calm your overthinking brain
In March we’re taking a close look at the tricky issue of overthinking – why our ADHD brains are more likely to overthink as well what we can do to help soothe and calm our whirring brains – for our Exploration. As always the topic is available for you to read or listen to me read to you, whichever you prefer.
Click below to find the Explorations section where both topics live.
*BONUS FREE COURSE*
Plus, full Club members get the bonus of full access to my course, Exhale – a beginner’s guide to meditating for overthinkers for FREE. Think that meditation is not for people with busy, ADHD brains? Think again…
