Help me with a strategy to get back into action after sitting down (and ending up scrolling, day dreaming, listening to the radio…)
I struggle with consistency, so any advice would be welcome on how to create a long lasting habit. For example, I often forgot to drink and go for a day or so without one (except my morning coffee), phone reminders etc don't work for me after a day or two.
