It can be such a struggle to say no, to turn down someone or something when you’ve been made to feel your whole life (with your unrecognised ADHD) that you must say yes and be amenable, and to do otherwise means disapproval, disappointment and rejection (with the accompanying RSD).

And so I have created the Say No with Confidence (& Self-compassion) Kit to give you the supportive tools you need to say no without feeling like a terrible person.
