Every week, on Tuesdays 10-11am and Thursdays 2-3pm UK time, you can join me and other Quiet ADHD Club members on Zoom for our body-doubling session.
Carrying out a task in the presence of others has been shown to make it easier to get the task done than trying alone.
So, by having two weekly one-hour zoom sessions we can help each other get stuff done from wherever you are in the world. This is where you can focus on a piece of work, a hobby, a household chore or life admin for example, in the company of our community on screen.
