Hi quiet you,

We’re halfway through the month which means it’s time to send me your questions for the Q&A!

This is your opportunity to ask me anything. It could be related to this month’s deep dive on Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria, or perhaps you’ve been caught up in overthinking recently?

Maybe you’re really struggling with procrastination or focusing on what you’re supposed to be concentrating on?

Is the mean girl voice in your head super loud right now?

Are you trying to wrap your head around the revelation that you have ADHD and no-one spotted it for decades?

Whatever you’re pondering on or finding challenging I’m here if you’d like to ask about it.

You can ask in the comments below, reply to this email or use the message button below. I can keep your question anonymous too.

I’ll record my thoughts on the questions and the recording will be available to listen to before the end of the month.

Tuesday’s Body-doubling

It’s quite amazing how having someone else with you, and yes even on screen, can make the difference between doing something you’ve been putting off and not doing it. Which is why we have body-doubling sessions twice a week!

Join us for our Zoom session 10-11am tomorrow, Tuesday 17 June, the link for paid members is below.

Accountability thread 16-20 June

What do you want or need to do this week? It could be anything like:

  • sending emails

  • cleaning the fridge

  • planting seedlings

  • scheduling a meeting

  • getting a massage

  • or anything at all

Whatever you’re struggling to do – this isn’t just for work or boring chores, this goes for making space for what gives you joy and takes care of your mental, physical or emotional health too – accountability can help you to actually do it. And then you’ll feel so good for having done it.

So, click on the image below to find this week’s accountability thread and share what you want or need to tick off your list this week.
