Hi quiet you,

I’m back from my break away! We spent a week in Venice and it was as wonderful as I’d hoped it would be for the years I’ve been dreaming of the trip. It was quite wonderful to eat my way through a mountain of caprese salad and zabaglione too but it also feels pretty darn good to be back with my lovely Quiet ADHD Clubbers.

So, tell me, how have you been? What’s been feeling good and what’s been feeling tricky for you? Perhaps you read/listened to the Exploration on finding focus and dropping distraction and tried out a couple of the ideas I shared. Or maybe you revisited a previous Exploration.

Perhaps you started the beginner’s meditation course for overthinkers which you have access to as a bonus, or printed out the reward cards. Maybe you listened to a Q&A from the past month or two and it sparked a question of your own.

In which case…

It’s Q&A time!

Send me your questions or add them in the comments below, whatever they might be, and I’ll share my thoughts on them. Whatever it is that you’re finding puzzling or difficult in relation to navigating life with a differently-wired brain I’m happy to hear it. And if you’d like to be kept anonymous I can do that too.

Accountability thread 19-23 May

What do you want or need to do this week? It could be anything like:

  • sorting emails

  • doing some stretches

  • cleaning the bathroom

  • taking boxes of stuff to the recycling centre

  • booking an appointment

  • or anything at all

Whatever you’re struggling to do – this isn’t just for work or boring chores, this goes for making space for what gives you joy and takes care of your mental, physical or emotional health too – accountability can help you to actually do it. And then you’ll feel so good for having done it.

So, click on the image below to find this week’s accountability thread and share what you want or need to tick off your list this week.
