We’re into the final week of May so on Sunday I’ll share a new Exploration topic with you and it’s a really juicy one – something that so many of us, me included, find a real challenge with our ADHD.
But before then we have our Accountabilty thread and two Body-doubling sessions. Plus of course there’s the library of topics we’ve already explored here in case you haven’t had a chance to check them all out.

Accountability thread 26-30 May
What do you want or need to do this week? It could be anything like:
unpacking from a trip away
replying to emails
booking the car’s MOT
working on a course
writing a chapter of your book
or anything at all
Whatever you’re struggling to do – this isn’t just for work or boring chores, this goes for making space for what gives you joy and takes care of your mental, physical or emotional health too – accountability can help you to actually do it. And then you’ll feel so good for having done it.
