Today’s Body-doubling
Now then, today (Thursday) 2-3pm UK time, you can join me and other Quiet ADHD Club members on Zoom for our second body-doubling session of the week.
Carrying out a task in the presence of others has been shown to make it easier to get the task done than trying alone.
So, by having weekly one-hour zoom sessions (Tuesdays and Thursdays) we can help each other get stuff done from wherever you are in the world. This is where you can focus on a piece of work, a hobby, a household chore or life admin for example, in the company of our community on screen.
