We had an uber-relatable question for this month’s Q&A:

I’m fed up with getting all excited about a new thing I want to do like a new craft project or a new hobby or even a business idea and then my enthusiasm goes and I can’t bring myself to keep going with it. I’ve tried telling other people about it so that gives me accountability but I still end up quitting and then feel embarrassed that I have to say I gave up on it. How can I keep my interest in something going and stop quitting all the time?!

Who doesn’t know what this feels like, right?

I share my thoughts in the recording which you can listen to below (transcript available too).
